Parco Dei Principi - Sorrento

Spectacularly and peacefully located on the cliff-top overlooking the Bay of Naples is the 5-star Parco Dei Principi. In addition to its unrivalled views, it’s also superbly hidden away in 5 acres of walled private mature grounds of extensive manicured gardens with rare flora and a maze of secluded romantic corners in which to relax. These are Sorrento’s largest gardens, once owned by Jesuits, then the King of Naples and finally in 1792 a sumptuous villa was built – the opulent summerhouse of the Czars of Russia no less!

Created in the 1960s, designed by one of Italy’s premier architects featuring superbly original and contemporary décor, the hotel predominately reflects a modern retro style featuring high quality modern art, ceramics, flora and natural light throughout. The lounge and American bar displays beautiful individually handmade wall tiles with spacious rooms befitting its 5-star rating, finely decorated in the same superb style with minimalist tasteful furnishings in cool relaxing tones. Classic park view rooms offer views to the gardens.

The light airy dining room with its ceiling to floor windows offers truly spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Sorrento and a private lift leads to the private beach, lido, decking and a specialist seafood restaurant.  Of course there is an extensive terrace with bar and attractive pool surrounded by rare plants, within the hotel grounds too.

Please note: Where hotels feature a swimming pool, pools are open in the summer months weather permitting.
