Refund credit notes explained

For customers whose holidays have been suspended and want to take a bit more time to decide on their future travel plans, we’re able to offer Refund Credit Notes, providing your original holiday included a flight. The Refund Credit Notes issued by us are backed by the government and come with many benefits and to help you understand all the details, we’ve created this useful guide.
