We have just returned from your Namibia tour and wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time. It was one of our best holidays ever. Special mention must go to tour manager Matt who was truly outstanding. He thought of everything and really did go the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy and the tour went smoothly.

Wow what a most fabulous trip! I'd highly recommend going. Our tour Manager, Matt, was there from start to finish, which was very comforting. He gave us bags for our mobys as its sandy, notepads for musings & wake up times, very useful. Was there for us from dawn till dark. Our hotels were wonderful. Our tours from Big Daddy Dunes to rock art to Himba culture to vistas to towns that were safe & lovely to safaris that David Attenborough would have been proud of. So much wildlife, Elephant, Giraffe, Eland, Kudu, Warthog, Flamingoes, seals, Rhino, & more. Our Bird Hunting count made 135 species! We had wonderful sundowners & we were aged from 41 to 80 years young. Everyone had a most fabulous time. It's up there as one of the best! Thank you for great organisation Riviera. Thank you Matt, Milos, our guide & Stephen for safe driving & the African massage on the rocky roads. Go see Namibia, it's utterly utterly amazing! Beautiful country!

Amazing trip which more than exceeded our expectations. Matt is a brilliant Tour Guide and we are lucky that this was our second time with him, having travelled to Zambia, Botswana and Cape Town 9 years ago. The Tour was very well organised, the hotels were superb and the food was excellent. Melos, our local guide was a delight. His knowledge and humour was exceptional and how our driver Steven coped with all the driving with mile after mile of dead straight dirt roads was not short of miraculous. The scenery was totally amazing and the people were incredibly friendly. We were a huge group (31), so trying to organise us all with all our luggage was a major undertaking, but Matt managed it with a smile and lots of good humour. So many highlights, climbing Big Daddy in Sossusvlei, taking the Catamaran tour of Walvis Bay with seals scrambling onto the boat to be petted (and fed!), taking the flight over the Namibian desert, climbing up and over the rocky terrain to see the 6000 year old rock engravings and finishing off with Etosha. I had no expectations of seeing anything special there, but a family of lions sheltering under a tree with a cub being playful, a Leopard walking alongside our safari van and then jumping up into a tree, plus Rhinos made it very special. The waterholes were teeming with Elephant, Giraffes, Zebras and Oryx, it was just magical. All in all a wonderful introduction to a beautiful country.

Just back from Namibia. This was a great holiday full of different experiences from the dunes of the desert to the animals in the national park with sea and air experiences in between.
There is a lot of coach travel on VERY bumpy roads but if you like animals and scenery it's well worth it.
Our holiday was also enhanced by our superb tour manager who had a great knowledge of the country, a tremendous sense of humour and left no stone unturned in making our trip as good as it could be. His attention to detail was second to none.

Just returned from a fantastic trip to Namibia, what an amazing place, the landscapes are continually changing from the sand dunes in the South to the salt pans of the Etosha National park and all in-between.
The lodges were of a high standard, food and service was excellent, but what made the trip was our tour manager Matt, what a great personality, he made us all feel special and kept us well informed regarding our daily excursions. Thanks also to Melos out local guide who was a fountain of knowledge.
Be prepared for some long drives but these were broken up by some interesting toliet stops and sights along the way.
Well worth a visit.

A fantastic trip, thanks to the energy and efficiency of our tour leader, local guide and driver, which kept us on the go but with enough free time for us to catch our breath. Etosha was the highlight (Rhino!) but the whole trip was one long game drive from the moment we left Windhoek. Great to have a smallish (17) group so easy to get to know everyone and the lodges were all superb in their own way with mouth-watering food and very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot fault the trip - can we go round again?
