On-board credit terms and conditions
The €200 (€400 for Budapest to the Black Sea) on-board credit applies only to the departure dates specified, and is based on 2 people sharing a cabin. Sole occupancy cabins will receive €100 (€200 on Budapest to the Black Sea) on-board credit. The on-board credit can be redeemed against on-board purchases only, including gratuities, and cannot be redeemed in cash. No change will be given for any credit left unspent at the end of the cruise.

Complimentary airport fast track terms and conditions
Applies to departures from 1 March to 30 June 2020 on the following tours: Pompeii, Capri & the Bay of Naples; Lake Garda, Venice & Verona; Lake Maggiore, Orta & the Matterhorn; Florence & Tuscany; Sicily; Classical Spain; Dubrovnik & the Dalmatian Coast. Outbound flights only. Excludes departures from Cardiff Airport and land only. Exclusive solo departures are not included. Airport fast track will automatically be added to existing bookings on these applicable tours.

Transfers terms and conditions
£49 door-to-door airport transfer is per person, return, based on two people sharing, with pick up from the same address within 50 miles of the departure airport. Supplements apply to travel over 50 miles, and sole occupancy of a car will incur a 100% supplement. Airport transfer is available on long haul tours only, departing from 1 March to 31 December 2020. Must be booked by 31 January 2020.
Mileage is calculated using an online database and this alone will be used to determine the cost of the service. Your pick-up time will be advised and will include contingency time in case of delays en-route. You may choose to change your pick-up time, however, this is not recommended and any liability for missed departures must be accepted. Service is operated by Tristar Worldwide. In the unlikely event that the service cannot be fulfilled, a full refund of any monies paid will be made.
