4* Hotel Kong Arthur - Copenhagen

About the hotel

Located in an elegant 19th-century building, this chic hotel is in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the city’s historic lakes. The building was once an apprentice residence but today has a sophisticated and modern feel to it.  The bright white walls, smooth lines, minimalist patterns and green plants are beautifully contrasted with the rustic charm of dark wood, blackboards and wrought iron, with touches of medieval décor thrown in.

A breakfast buffet of Nordic cuisine is served in the hotel’s restaurant and you can enjoy drinks and snacks in the hotel’s bar and lounge. Food at the Kong Arthur is sourced locally and sustainably, where possible. There’s also a courtyard, relaxing spa and fitness room.

The rooms all feature an en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, desk, TV, mini bar and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Location

The hotel is situated near to the Nørreport train station and popular Nansengade Quarter, where locals shop for the finest Danish foods and international specialities at the Torvehallerne Market.
