hi just returned from the CLASSIC ITALY tour which was great. May I make a suggestion? I got to meet somebody on the forum before travelling so we arranged to meet at Gatwick airport beforehand, which was great as I was nervous about going to the airport on my own. Since meeting the other travellers in my group a lot of them agreed it would have been nice to have somewhere to meet up at the airport before travel. Would it be possible to suggest meet up points? maybe wetherspoons? or some planned meeting point in future. Although a rep was at the airport he only ticked our name off the list so you was still on your own. It makes all the difference meeting other travellers at the airport, maybe that is something that can be arranged in future?

Totally agree , also the sign board was very small and the wrong colour blue , it was navy ! Not the turquoise blue that you logo is .
It was all very daunting .
This was my 1st ever travel on my own .
We were held up for some time at the airport as a gentleman had not come .
A list of who has actually got onto the flight may of helped here ??
Then the awful 5 hours trip on the coach which just what I wanted to avoid .
But you can't help mother nature and her doings .
Meet some fabulous people , the whole group got on , well I think so !
I made some exe special friends , it's was wonderful .
I can't wait to book my next one .. :-)
