I applied online. The only problem I had was with the payment portal. After filling the form in 3 times and payment failing. I contacted Riviera Travel and they processed the payment from there end. I then had the visa within 12hrs.
I have emailed as above and hopefully we’ll be in touch soon.

Shall we set up a facebook group that's by invite only? I don't mind setting that up unless someone else has already done that.

Meg, the BA course was brilliant. On the return flight (from Edinburgh) I actually wanted to fly it myself. I did sit in one of the pilot's seats on the runway. Chatted to the other pilot - he looked SO young. "Are you really the pilot?" Oh and the pilot who sat next to me who ran the course was a bit of a dish. That said, he made me feel extremely safe.

I looked at the visa website but I thought that we couldn't apply less more than 30 days before travel. Or was it the other way around?! I better get a move on. I do have my insurance though.

Glad you feeling happier about flying - will make the trip much more enjoyable for you.
Jane has her visa already - I have got mine logged in and prepared just waiting for me to up load my photo.
