Hullo, re the Sicily tour Sep 1-8, my first time with Riviera and with Easyjet. Two queries:
What is the script re check-in and baggage allowance?
How many people will be travelling from Manchester?

Dear Annq22,

With those Easyjet flights we will check you in for both outbound and inbound flights and send you your boarding passes with your travel documents, which you should receive a week or two before departure - so nothing for you to do there. You are allowed one piece of hold luggage of up to 23kg and one piece of hand luggage (max dimensions 56 x 45 x 25cm) that you must be able to get in and out of the overhead lockers yourself. In addition, you can also take an overcoat, umbrella, crutches, walking frame/stick, or one standard size bag of duty free goods from the departure lounge in the airport.

And finally there are 19 of you travelling from Manchester, so I'm sure you'll meet a few travelling companions even before you get to Sicily.

There are 20 of you flying from London, so look out for the turquoise/teal luggage tags of your fellow travellers so that you can spot each other at the airport and say hello.

Hi Tricia,

Whilst our tour manager will not be flying with you from Birmingham, our on the ground representative will be at the Flybe check-in desks to provide assistance should you require it. They should be recognisable with a Riviera clipboard and/or sign.

Hi - I posted this in a different forum but wondered if I should have asked it here instead! I'm thinking of booking the November solo Vietnam trip. I'm in my mid-thirties, and wondering if there is going to be anyone of a similar age on the trip. Could you give me an idea of the age ranges of those booked? Thanks!

Thanks for your message. I can't access that data, however if you give our Reservations Team a call (01283 245322) they will be able to give you a rough idea of the age range booked on the November departure. The ages really do vary so I'm sure you will be fine.
