Re: Lake Garda

Hi Tricia, Further to Rudy's comments (and I'm also sorry that your Budapest, Bratislava and Vienna) I would say that booking early is always the best policy with us as it does happen that we sometimes need to raise the prices of tours if airlines raise their prices (something we unfortunately have ...

Re: Vietnam and Cambodia

Dear Lina, Thanks for getting in touch with us. I can confirm that around 30 is indeed the norm with our Vietnam tours, so if a group size of 15-20 is a red line for you then you may have to look elsewhere. However I would say that feedback from this tour has been consistently very good and the fact...

Re: Considering Tenerife & La Gomera

Dear Barbara, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your trip with us to Croatia and that it has given you confidence to book with us again. With regards to our tour to the Canaries I can confidently say that none of our clients has experience of the tour as it is new for next year, however as I was involved...

Re: Yacht Cruise Split 2020 solo

Hi Cathy, I hope the information Rudy provided is of use. One question you asked that she didn't touch on was luggage allowance, and this is because the allowance is dependent on the airline (although please rest assured that hold luggage is always included in the price with Riviera). Therefore if y...

Re: Vietnam and Cambodia

Dear Irnbru,

I can confirm that the ages of the solo Vietnam group departing in November this year range from late 30's to early 80's. Currently there are 30 people booked on the tour which means that there are only 2 spaces available.

Erik.

Re: Solo Douro cruise November 8 2019

Dear Debs12, We don't have a solo Douro cruise departing on the 15th of November - we do however have one departing on the 8th returning on the 15th, and one departing the 10th and returning on the 17th - 2019. For 2020 we have departures on the 8th and 13th of November. For the two dates departing ...

Re: Sri Lanka for Solo Travellers 2020

Dear Steve and Kev, I do hope someone who has been on the tour does make themselves known, as it is one of our most popular long haul solos tours. In the meantime, however, I can point you in the direction of our testimonials page (link below) for the tour which has (to date) 3 reviews from people w...

Re: Classic Italy 7th October 2019

Dear Debbie, Yes it is generally considered to be safe, even for solo female travellers. Of course there are risks, but they would be similar to walking around the centre of London for example. The most likely sort of crime tourists encounter is petty crime such as pick-pocketing, which is prevalent...

Re: China May 2020

Hi Chris, You are correct that business class seats are on sale for the general public, however for us to be able to get a quote for you we require the airline to provide a confirmation number for the group booking first, which they have yet to do. We have chased them up for this and are hoping to g...

Re: Walking in the Tuscan Hills

Dear ClockworkDolly, Our very first Walking in the Tuscan Hills tour has only just finished, so hopefully some of the people who were on it can comment. I did, however, go out last year to set up the tour so have walked the trails and can therefore answer some of your questions: - it's hard to descr...
