Re: Cote d'Azur and Italian Riviera 23/3/20

Dear Liz, I am sure you have been contacted by our customer service team already, but to recapitulate the tour will be going ahead and the two days where we were scheduled to visit Italy have been swapped with equivalent alternative visits in France, namely: - the visit to Sanremo has been replaced ...

Hi Liz, Sorry for the delay in responding. We are currently looking into all the options for this tour now that italy is under travel restriction. We intend to make a decision very soon and will be in touch with everyone who has booked on this tour individually to discuss all the possibilities. Plea...

Re: India & Shimla 16th March

Dear Mike, I can understand your apprehension and desire to have as much clarity as possible. We do currently have another (non-solo) tour out there at the moment and they are finding that when they get to every attraction, they have to undergo a full body scan and temperature check, but nothing has...

Re: Solo travel vs single suppliment.

Dear Impis, I'm sorry to hear about your issues, and they are easily resolved - I would suggest you call our reservations team (01283 248 333) to discuss, but since your booking is so far ahead it shouldn't be a problem to transfer you to a non-solo tour if that is what you desire (it is true that w...

Re: India in 2020

Dear Ruth and Sandra, I think it's a good idea to meet up at a lounge before departure as it gives you a relaxed, quiet location to meet and get to know each other. If you're interested in booking a lounge you can use the Riviera extras webpage (link below) to do it. I would recommend booking sooner...

Re: Madeira - The Pearl of the Atlantic in May

Dear Maz151, Just to let you know that there are 20 other people booked on the same holiday, so rest assured that although you will be travelling solo, you will not be alone. Hopefully some of our other forum members who have been on the tour will be able to give you their first-hand opinions. Erik.
